I give 5 stars because the overall experience was good; however, the initial impression was not good because the receptionist was not friendly. She never smiled and when giving instructions, her manner was snappy. Maybe she was having a bad day. The waiting room was pleasant and the wait was short. The medical tech, Robin, called me back pretty quickly & she was very friendly and helpful throughout the test procedure. She was knowledgeable and explained things well.
