Dr. Fulton has dedicated her entire adult life to serving the healthcare needs of women in her community. After earning her Bachelor of Science Degree at Mississippi University for Women, she received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School. Dr. Fulton completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tulane University at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She then returned to her home in Jackson, Mississippi, to open a solo practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she has provided contemporary women’s care for more than 30 years.
A recipient of various community awards and commendations, Dr. Fulton has also held several academic appointments and hospital leadership positions. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member many professional societies, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Dr. Fulton now serves as Director of Gynecologic Services at Southeast Urogyn, and as Medical Director for Ovation Wellness, where she is able concentrate her wealth of knowledge and experience to better serve the gynecologic needs of women in our state and region.
